It is Autumn and time to bring out the pumpkin goodies. here is a great way to start the day!
Perfect Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 drop ginger essential oil
- 2 drops cinnamon bark essential oil

- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat gridle to 350 f
- Mix together wet ingredients
- Add in dry ingredients, mixing until smooth
- Grease griddle
- Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto griddle
- Cook for 1 -2 minutes per side
