Essential Oils to Help You with Your Grief

Essential oils are a beautiful aid to the body’s physical and emotional healing during grief.
The grieving process is physically tough, and you are wise to help yourself find small measures of comfort and relief using essential oils.
Essential oils have proven physical and emotional benefits which can help relieve stress, fight depression, increase energy, strengthen the immune system, reduce bodily pain, and more.

What Essential Oils Can Do & Can Not Do For Grief
Using essential oils for grief can help in several ways, depending on the specific oils and how you use them. Here are some things that essential oil aromatherapy can do to help with grief:
  • Eases tension
  • Helps with anxiety
  • Relieves stress
  • Provides a sense of calm
  • Soothes
  • Aids with sleep
  • Helps with depression
  • Helps reduce the shock of trauma
  • Boosts immune system

  • Reduces inflammation and irritations
Essential oils help aid the natural recovery and healing systems within your body and mind. But, they are not a cure-all.
